Free delivery to one address inside EU if the value of the order, calculated per brand ordered, is above € 500.00. Orders to Norway will be added charges for issuing the export- and custom documents and a fee if the volume of 1m3 weighs less than 333 kg.
Freight- and packing charges per brand below a sub total value of € 500.00 are € 30.00.
Handling fee of € 20.00 will be added for all orders below € 200.00 calculated per brand ordered.
No express production options are available. If a faster transit time is requested this must be ordered before accept of proof.

Screen (silk screen) print (unlimited number of colors in theory but depending on product, artwork and machine) is a stencil based, durable and hardwearing, method. It is suitable both for large flat surfaces such as textiles and document folders and provides a larger print area around the barrel of pens. Ideal for large print area such as sports bags, textiles and umbrellas.
Screen transfer (unlimited number of colors in theory but depending on product, artwork and machine) and the difference between screen transfer and silkscreen is that with silkscreen transfer can be achieved brighter images, sharper, with small texts and clear details.
Pad (tampon) print (unlimited number of colors in theory but depending on product, artwork and machine) is ink applied using a pad (silicone/rubber). It is suitable for materials with an even surface and items with a round or curved shape. Perfect for items such as pens, calculators and document folders.
Etching is an accelerated oxidation using a combination of electricity and liquid. It is permanent and provides an elegant finish. It is used on metal items such as cups, pens, pocketknives, and key rings.
Laser engraving is performed with a laser beam. Provides one of our most durable forms of imprint. Generally used for metals, this technique can be also used for plastic or items with a special coating. Leaves a color depending on the surface, the core of the item and the burn time.
CO² laser engraving is performed with a laser beam with a CO2 laser source, 30-120 watts. Provides one of our most durable forms of imprint. It’s dedicated especially to non-metal materials and is successfully applied on wood, plastic, leather and organic materials (fruits). Leaves a color depending on the surface, the core of the item and the burn time.
Brilliant laser engraving is performed with a laser beam. Provides one of our most durable forms of imprint. Mainly used on metal items or items with a special coating. Leaves a color coordinated with the trim parts, the reason for the brilliant in the name.
360 Digital (foil) prints the motive digitally on a hot stamping foil. Used on pens where the imprint surrounds the barrel.
Sublimation printing is a printing method where a digital image is gassed into the material using a heat press. The special sublimation dyes have a special property which means that they are converted from a solid state to a gaseous state at a given temperature. This happens without them undergoing a liquid state along the way. Sublimation printing is only possible on polyester, which opens up at a certain temperature so that the dye can be absorbed into the material. When the material cools down, the dye is sealed and thus the pressure is very suitable and lasts extremely well when washed.
Inlays (digital label, insert or inlay) is a digital full color print on paper or a a self adhesive label.
Doming is a sticker with crystal clear resin coating. It is durable and resistant to scratching and fading. A hardwearing for a long-lasting promotion. Used for key rings and USB memory sticks.
Offset print (CMYK full color) is a commonly used printing technique in which the inked image is transferred (or "offset") from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface.
Punching is a metal forming process that uses a punch press to force a tool, called a punch, through the workpiece to create a hole via shearing.
Embroidery (unlimited number of colors in theory but depending on product, artwork and machine) is machine embroidery in many colors. It is hardwearing and durable with a professional finish. Recommended for fleece items. A perfect way to promote your brand on polo shirts, caps and towels.
Digital label (sticker) (CMYK full color) is an imprint option in standard colors on a scratch-resistant sticker. Can be used when a permanent imprint on an item is not desired. Also used on gift boxes and packaging.
Embossing (with or without color) is a raised design that is pressed into paper or card stock from underneath. Embossing requires two dies, a male and female die, thus creating more production steps and die charges. The raised area can have ink applied to it, foil applied, or it can be left unprinted and unfoiled. When an embossed area is not printed or foil stamped it is known as a blind emboss.
Debossing (with or without color) the imprinted design causes depressions in the material leaving a depressed (debossed) imprint of the image on the paper or cardstock.
Die casting (with or without color) is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process.
White (digital) print is any kind of given print technology named "White print" means print only on all white surface. Mostly used when printing with a digital technique that is depending on the color of the surface being printed on.
Digital transfer printing is a printing method which is especially suitable for detailed full color printing. With transfer printing, the print is first transferred to paper (transfer paper). Using a printing press, the product and the paper are pressed against each other at high temperature. Due to the heat, the ink is transferred from the transfer paper and adheres to the product. Basically, there are two types of transfer: a silkscreen transfer and a digital transfer. In a screen printing transfer, the print is transferred one color at a time to the transfer paper using the screen printing technique. With digital transfer, the entire print is transferred at once using a color printer.
Ceramic (ceramics or screen print) transfer is a special form of transfer printing called ceramic printing. This transfer print comes with the silkscreen printing with special ceramic ink. With screen printing, color by color is printed using the screen printing technique placed on transfer paper. The printed transfer sheet is then manually cut to a size of e.g. porcelain, ceramics and unique types of glass. After this, the products are placed in the oven where the logo is fired at a temperature of between 500 and 1300 ° C. The result? A dishwasher-friendly pressure.

Then the requested printing option(s), upload of artwork and the printing colors to be used if needed with the actual printing option(s) chosen. If you are not sure about the printing color(s), you can click the field saying: Ask me later.
You can always go back and change your information, delete the data or empty your basket. And you can cancel any order up to accept of proof without any costs.
Once we receive your order, you receive a system generated confirmation by e -mail. Within a short time, we will send you a proof if your order is with any kind of imprint. Note that nothing is produced before we receive your approval for the official proof. If your order is not with imprint, you will receive an order confirmation with a delivery date and confirming the payment term offered if the order is not paid during check-out with card or MobilePay.
If you have corrections to the proof, we will correct them soonest. As soon as we receive written accept of the final proof, we will start production and you will receive an order confirmation with delivery date, -address and our confirmed payment term. Note, that the shipping date is our day of dispatch and not delivery date at the delivery address.
When the order is ready to be shipped, it will be shipped directly from our factory to the given delivery address. We deliver all our shipments neutral. The same day we ship we will issue an invoice with the confirmed payment term unless it is paid up front and this will then be confirmed on the invoice.
You will receive the shipment on the requested delivery address by either UPS, TNT, DHL or GLS (Norway is shipped DDP) and with whom we ship will be stated on the invoice together with the tracking numbers.
You have 5 business days once the shipment has arrived to make sure your order is correct and if not, make a written complaint.

Note print technique: Mostly we offer different print techniques for the same product and different print positions. In this case we only offer what we call the recommended factory print technique and print position. You can find a link to our print info above or to the right that explains what the technique are all about and can do.
Max print colors: Different print techniques, see point 1, often limits the max number of color in a logo that can be printed for technical reasons. It is important, that you pay attention to the indicated max number of print colors when selecting the best possible print technique, versus your logo requirements. In case you choose a print technique that offers less colors that can be printed than actually seen in the uploaded logo, you can reduce the number of colors to one, a black or a white, version, see down below.
Max print sizes: Just like the print colors there are limitations in regarding of the max print area. The print area depends naturally on the product in question, but also on the selected print technique and the logo. In the upper right corner you can both see the factory max measurements, but also, to compare and control, the precise dimensions of your uploaded logo.
Add extra logo and -text: Sometimes you need to combine more logos (uploaded files) and also you like to add a text, i.e. phone number, web address or greeting. This you can do in the left part of the visualization editor, step by step. Don't worry, you can always go back, and you always get a proof before production.
Choose version of logo: In case you face limitations in the max number of colors that can be printed due to your choice of print technique, use these options down below to either reduce the uploaded logo to 1 color, black or white, or even more advanced, why not pick a new color from the profesionel color chart available?
